Community accepts no legal responsibility or liability for the use of products provided or sold by 2A.org-sites or 2A.org, LLC. User assumes and accepts the full risk for use of any and all products or information provided by community. Defnet is a private membership association and confers no promises nor benefits other than 2A.org, LLC reviewing requests for assistance and prioritizing requests and assets based upon membership level and assets availability as well as merit at 2A.org, LLC’s sole discretion. 2A.org, LLC will review all requests, but makes no promises and gives no guarantees that all requests will be approved. Defnet is designed and incentivized to help its members and the general public. However, since it is not insurance nor casualties, and since it does not make any promises nor guarantees, it never assumes any liability. Defnet is covered by the HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNITY clause above. Defnet is able to significantly reduce overhead costs with this approach.
